Product returns are entirely subject to the product's warranty terms. We do not accept random returns unless the product has a quality problem that we cannot solve. If you return a random product, we will not provide any refund.
Your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it to enjoy the return service. The product must be in its original packaging. When returning an item, we require your receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your item to the manufacturer. If you have a quality issue to report, please send an email to 2638109450qq.com@gamil.com and we will provide you with a solution.
If we believe that the problem requires inspection by our technical team, we will notify you to return the product and provide you with a replacement product. You can send us an email and we will provide the return delivery address of our warehouse based on your location. Cash on delivery products are not supported for return or exchange after signing.
